A K Lohithadas in Memory
Lohithadas was born at Palluruthy in Kochi but grew up in Chalakudy.He had won the Kerala award for the best playwright in 1985 for his drama Sindhu Shanthamayozhukunnu. Thaniyavarthanam (1987)scriped by Lohithadas and directed by sibi malayil which is regarded as one of the finest films in Malayalam cinema.Lohithadas directed Bhoothakkannadi (1997).
